As I previously mentioned on YouTube, once the site generates more of a following, I will be unveiling new features to add on. Through experience, I track the analytics of my site to see what articles and features generate the most traffic. If you have been a visitor to the site since the start, you may have already noticed some changes.
For example, the quiz section has been removed completely due to a lack of plays. At the time of its removal, only 13 people had visited that page. Whereas pages like the news blog, and my Six Flags New Orleans interview have generated hundreds and thousands of views already. In order to format the site to have the widest appeal, these changes will continue to roll on. (*Hint* Visit the Tips section before it's gone *Hint*)
Below I will list some of the new features that are currently in development:
- Guest Interview 2: I have not received many replies yet when I originally sent out my request form for your preferences of who I should try to interview next. Please visit the Contact Page and spout off your ideas. The release is likely months away, but I am starting to generate my plan now!
- Park Database: On the old revision of my site, I began to compile a database of parks and rides similar to what the defunct Thrill Network featured. This feature is in redevelopment and will be rolled out wide scale down the line. I am also looking for potential candidates to help out with this, so visit my Contact Page if you are interested in this idea.
- More Podcast Episodes: I liked the format of my original podcast, but the issue I have with producing more episodes is that I am currently a single host, and it did not receive many views compared to my other videos.
- Coastin' USA Q&A: Considering the growth of my YouTube channel, which just reached its 20th subscriber, I will begin to consider doing Q&A videos where I answer questions from my followers. Be on the lookout later this week for more info on that!
This is what is currently being developed for the short term future. Visit my Contact Page to find the form if you would like to respond or apply to help out in the aforementioned features. Thanks for reading as always!
